So today as I was browsing through, I came across some really creative headboards. Headboards can be a great way of creating a focal point  and can give a bedroom that much needed wow factor when paired with accessories and the rest of the bedroom decor.  Here are some ways how.

In this bedroom, an unused fireplace mantel is converted into a striking headboard. Depending on your chosen design scheme you could go for an antique piece, a contemporary one or a solid wood surround.
